As a trusted partner of various OEM’s in India, we start our work at the design stage when a new vehicle platform is conceptualised. We work with the teams from the OEM’s to create a force multiplier impact. Some of the activities we do in this process are as follows. 

• Engine testing and calibration.
• Fuel system layout and optimisation.
• Identifying products and components that meet OEM performance requirements.
• Homologation support of the vehicle with statutory authorities.

Once a vehicle platform is finalised, we support the OEM in building the prototypes and making changes/ corrections based on field testing and experience. When the OEM starts commercial production, we start the Supply and Apply philosophy.   

Based on the designs, we do the following activities.

• Pre-bend pipes and supply or bend pipes at OEM facilities.
• Deliver various components.
• Install the entire fuel system on the vehicle in the OEM production line.
• Do the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), affix PDI sticker so vehicle is ready for delivery.

Fuel Storage Modules:

A key solution that Advantek offers is a complete CNG/ LNG/ Hydrogen fuel storage module based on customer requirements.

These CNG/ Hydrogen modules would comprise multiple Composite tanks which can then be easily installed either on the roof of a bus or behind the cab of a truck. these ready to use plug and play modules are fully integrated with tanks, valves, filters, filling receptacle, pressure gauge and can easily be fitted on the vehicle quickly.
